Diving in Bunaken, North Sulawesi: dive sites, pictures and videos
Bunaken national park was created in 1991, and is located in the north west of Sulawesi Island, Indonesia. Required dive level : beginner to experienced. In case of strong current, some dive sites are only accessible to experienced divers. Your dive masters will assign dive teams in regards with dive levels, as usual.
There are more than 30 dive sites in Bunaken. You dive there for the compositions coral / colours / fish, the macro life, turtles, white tip reef sharks and drop off dives. Because the depth can reach 100 meters, the visibility is usually 30 meters wide. As you guess, divers must often monitor their dive computer.
