Am I insured for scuba diving?

The dive centers are required to have a minimum coverage of 2000 Euros. You are insured by the dives centers you are diving with. We recommend to purchase an additional insurance such as Divers Alert Network .

Fun Dives Travel LTD is not responsible for accidents or incidents that could happen during the practice of the activity, or inside an accommodating that was booked Fun Dives Travel LTD.

Reservation and cancellation policy

What is the reservation policy ?

Reserving scuba diving packages: to be discuss with the customers, everything must be paid 60 days before the beginning of the package.

Reserving IDCs : to be discussed with the candidates

Reserving live-aboard trips : to be discuss with the customers, everything must be paid 90 days before the boat departs.

What is the cancellation policy?

Canceling reservation for cuba diving packages: if the cancellation is made 30 days before the beginning of the program, FunDives Travel LTD will refund at 100 % minus 5000 Thai Baht per participant. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the beginning of the package, no refund will be possible. No possible refunds in the event of personal injury, airplane delay, mechanical breakdowns, weather, sickness, strikes, war, criminal acts, terrorism act, natural catastrophe, quarantine, or if the customer is not present at the beginning of the activity.

Cancellation policy for IDCs: if the cancellation is made 30 days or before the beginning of the training, FunDives Travel LTD will refund 100% minus 5000 Thai Baht. If the cancellation is made more than 15 days before the beginning of the training, FunDives Travel LTD will refund 40%. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the beginning of the training, no refund will be possible. No possible refunds in the event of personal injury, airplane delay, mechanical breakdowns, weather, sickness, strikes, war, criminal acts, terrorism act, natural catastrophe, quarantine, or if the customer is not present at the beginning of the activity. Non respect of Price and reservation conditions is considered as a cancellation from the customer.

Canceling liveaboard trips: if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior departure: FunDives Travel LTD will refund minus 5000 Thai Baht per participant. If the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days prior departure: FunDives Travel LTD will refund at 65 % minus 5000 Thai Baht. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior departure: no refund will be possible. No possible refunds in the event of personal injury, airplane delay, mechanical breakdowns, weather, sickness, strikes, war, criminal acts, quarantine, terrorist act, natural catastrophe, no possible refund if the customer is not present at the departure of the cruise. If the customer is not present at the departure of the boat, no refund will be possible. Non respect of Price and reservation conditions is considered as a cancellation from the customer.
