Our Comfort dive school in Ko
Phi Phi offers scuba diving courses,
in a very cool atmosphere. Enthusiast staff will teach
you scuba diving in safe and fun conditions. Do your
training on the beach, then board on the boat for
some spectacular dives around ko Phi Phi. Be back
in the afternoon and have enough time to enjoy the
white beach of the island. A very nice dive operation. |

Discover Scuba Diver
: 1 and half day; 2 dives. Perform
few skills in the swimming pool on day 1, and the
next day, your instructor will bring you to the discovery
of the underwater world. Swim with the fish at 12m/40
feet maximum, in and if you are lucky, meet turtles
! Minimum age 10 years. Once certified, you will be
qualify to dive at 12m/40 feet during 1 year.

Scuba
diver : 2 days; the first one, you will learn
the basic in the class room and in confined water;
the second one, you will board for a day trip with
2 open water dives. This course is the half of the
open water course, your are taught the technical basic
requirements to dive safely at 12 meters, with a dive
master. Response to air problems, buoyancy control,
basic theory will be taught to you by an attentive
instructor. The 2 open water dives will take place
on the same reefs as the other divers. After the skill
practice, your instructor will bring you to the discovery
of the submerged world; swim with the fish, meet strange
animals, and share your impressions on the boat. Once
qualified, you will be able to dive at 12m/40 feet,
with a dive master. Minimum age 10 years (junior scuba
diver).

Open
Water Diver : 4 days;
during 2 days you will learn the theory in classroom,
and perform skills in confined water deep enough to
stand. The 2 other days, you will board on a boat
for 2 day-trips and 4 dives. This course gives you
the technical required to be a safe diver. You will
know how to swim underwater, how to breath, how to
resolve the problems, and how to assist your buddy,
in case he or she needs. All open water dives will
take part on the same reefs as the other divers, and
each cession will finish by what you came for: exploration
of the underwater realm. Welcome in your new world
! Once certified, you will be able to dive at 18m/60
feet. Minimum age 10 years ( junior open water diver
).

Advanced open water
diver: 2 days, 5 ocean dives, open water
diver certification required, you will learn 5
different ways of diving. You will do a deep dive
(30m/100 feet), a navigation dive with compass, and
then you will choose 3 more themes dives such as:
night dive, naturalist, fish identification, nitrox,
D.P.V. (underwater scooter, with extra cost), search
and recovery, photography, wreck, etc... Once certified,
you will be qualified to dive at 30m/100 feet. You
will have improved your technique and your self confidence,
all dive sites will be waiting for you. Enjoy your
time underwater ! Minimum age 12 years (junior AOWD).

Rescue diver, 3
days; 1 day practicing on the boat, 2 days practicing
on the shore, advanced open water and E.F.R
required. You will learn the rescue skills that can
save life in case of dive accidents like dragging
an unconscious diver, giving oxygen, organizing the
search for missing divers, etc... This level is strongly
recommenced if you plan to dive with friends, without
the assistance of a dive master. A rescue course is
not like a leisure course, you swim, you run, you
carry, and you organize rescues. The reward is that
at the end, you know all the aspects of safety and
diving, and most of all, you can save lives in case
of dive accidents. Minimum age 16 years.

Emergency First Response,
1 day; learn to provide first aid in in case of accident.
You will be taught how to do mouth to mouth, CPR,
how to cure wounds and burns, how to make a primary
assessment. An EFR course is important everyday; it
makes you a rescuer, able to give assistance and to
save other people's life. This certificate is necessary
to be certified rescue diver.

Divemaster: rescue diver certification
required, plus 65 logged dives at the end of the
course. You will learn to guide a dive group into
the coral world and to assist an instructor in his/her
courses. The dive centers we have selected will
make you practicing with their guests, under the
direct supervision of your instructor. Each candidate
have different reasons to become divemaster. Perhaps
you simply want to learn more about diving, or you
want to dive in between friends, without a dive
guide; or, you decided to make a living out of diving.
Once certified, you will be qualified to work as
a divemaster and to earn income out of it, depending
on the local law. If you would like any tips about
